Had oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. When I left and turned on my AC, it was making a horrible noise. Went back, and the service manager was extremely helpful. Showed me what the noise was and just how to fix it. He was super kind and helpful. Service was awesome. Thank you Royal Honda

Original battery on our 2020 Cr-V failed on a Saturday morning. Was able to jump start and drive to Royal Honda service center. I had called before arriving and was told service center was busy, but they would fit me in. Battery was replaced along with full diagnostics within 2 hours. Excellent communication and updates before, during and after service was completed (especially service writer Josh). Would recommend.

Disappointed. As many have said before . always going to find something that should be done besides your oil change. That is ok but if you go in 2 weeks later for something else (mirror replacement estimate) and they bring up 2 new unrelated urgent issues and don't really care about my primary issue I realize the obvious.

Roy Sellers is best service manager in the city and the only reason I drive from the Westbank for service. But don't like the fact that it's my responsibility to keep up with the progress on my phone - no personal interaction and more and I have dealt with Royal since 1972 at Royal Oldsmobile!

I was warmly welcomed by a young lady named Nina who briefed me on my car service for that morning would be. The other associates were warm, friendly and professional as well. They got me in and out with no problems or delays in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to Royal Honda again.

Very long wait to drop off despite my having made an appointment. Service rep assigned to me was apparently out at lunch... Then they tried to double charge me for services, as well as tried to trick me into services I didn't need by showing me a staged photo. Only went here for service because I have however many oil changes and tire rotation included with my vehicle's purchase from Royal. Terrible shop.

My service rep was wonderful. He greeted me when I arrived and we went over all the services for my car. I waited in the lobby that had free beverages, wifi, and a work station. When my car was ready, my service rep explained everything that was done and went over future services that my car would need. My service rep was able to find a coupon that helped significantly lower my out of pocket cost.

I brought the car in for an issue that has been on going for years. Each time they have told me it was something else. I have had it fixed spent thousands of dollars and it still has not fixed the job. I took the car to another shop. They diagnosed the problem and said this should have been the first thing taken care of.

The wait time was much too long -- they should not schedule so many appointments if they can't see them all in a timely manner -- and when I left a message for service was still displayed on the screen. I don't know how to get rid of it, called but no one called me back.

I paid for an oil change and inspection, and they did not secure the cables to the battery. This was discovered when I was on a trip out of state, and my Honda Pilot would not recognize my keys. I had to call roadside assistance to have it serviced. The roadside technician diagnosed and fixed the issue with the battery cables. I am disappointed with this mistake considering the premium I paid to have it serviced at a Honda dealership.

The rep touched base several times throughout the appointment to make sure I knew the status of my vehicle and to get approval for maintenance. I liked we received immediately attention. But your prices are way too up . I could buy the 4 tires with all the installation and alignment and balance for only $ 785.00 on another 2 places . But I do preferred to bring it to the agency to be more sure because is where I bought it. I will recommend you but no everybody accept to pay your prices .
