My car came back to me with a gash in the tire as well as a deep gouge in the rim. Multiple attempts were made to contact the Toyota service manager with no response. Someone who was driving my car while in Rohrich Toyota's possession hit a curb resulting in the tear in the tire side wall as well as the rim damage.

It was my worst experience I have ever had. Rohrich Toyota I would never refer anyone to them. I only wanted an inspection for my car. They removed my driver's seat for no reason and didn't not put it back correctly. I don't know what other kind of damage they may have done to my car. They had my car all day and forgot to pick up. They wanted to charge me $7700.00. If you care about your car DON'T TAKE IT TO ROHRICH TOYOTA.

The last 3 times they charge me for tire rotation but do not rotate them. I questioned him this last time and he said it wasn't needed yet the front are clearly wearing more than the back. The only reason I still go there is because of the free oil change for the life of my truck.
