Good clear communication. Dislike if you get the car fix and after 2days ,I mean you experience a problem with the car within one week of service, You are not permitted to take it back for checkup unless you book another appointment which my take a month. In search a case you end up looking for other shops to fix your car.(?)

First it's not the right speedometer reading my car is at 168,688 miles. Second the car lot attendees were raving my engine and blowing my horn while I was checking in. Third I was charged for a tire rotation and never received it. Every time I come to get any service done it gets messed up

The experience could not possibly have been any better. I had what I believed was an emergency. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was told I could bring the car in to be checked, which was done. The person at the counter was also very helpful and pleasant. An extraordinary experience.

Went in for an inspection, and the service department was slammed. I said that I hated to ask, but would it be possible to get an oil change while my truck was on the rack. The woman at the service counter took care of it without a fuss, and even printed off a registration card for me when I noticed that the one that I had in my truck was expired.

Planned to it's the buy three tires get one free promo but upon closer review it was much more expensive than buying 4 tires from a private tire company. This promo seems to be a fraud. Exorbitant mount and balance fees far outweigh the price charged by private tire companies.

The employees were very nice, professional, and courteous during my visit. Scott, the service employee who assisted me directly, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my wait. I watched their interactions with other customers and they treated everyone wonderfully.

My wife took my vehicle for Inspection and Emissions no complaints about that ask for a complimentary car wash service agent said car we be out front in 10 minutes wife waited outside after a hour went in ask service were car was they made some excuse that someone put it on the top were they keep cars never was washed not the first time this has happened

The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. I stood in the doorway for over five minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Note: The staff wasn't with other guests. While the service itself was quick, what was going to be done, and what was found was never explained to me. I've had better service at other Toyota dealerships, and other Rohrich dealerships.

The work took 5 hours, where it had taken 1.5 for a different car the week prior. Driving away, I noticed that the navigation screen now doesn't work. Now trying to find out what happened and getting someone to return my call. I'd still recommend you, but this visit was not great.

When I approved the car purchase, they promised free car washes with every service. After two services, not a single wash was provided. The in-car notification prompting me to contact the dealer is still there after my serviceI'm starting to wonder if they even did the service at all. What a garbage dealership. Don't buy a car from them.

I liked that I get free oil change since I purchased my RAV4 at Rohrich. I used to have complete trust in this dealer. Now, that trust is gone. I requested and paid for tire rotation too; however, upon chec I, the oil looked new, but tires were not rotated. Rohrich was not responsive when I called. Finally talked to service late afternoon. They refunded my credit card. No apologies though. Is anyone trustworthy anymore??

I was greeted upon arrival. My service order was already prepared and I reviewed its contents with my advisor. I waited as the work was completed to satisfaction and went on my way. It is always this way at Rohrich Toyota so I continue to patronize their sales and service for over 21 years.

Very very poor. Immediately after my service when I picking up my car I saw tmps dashboard was flashing. It was advised to me to drive few miles and it should go away which it didn't and after trying to contact them for 10 days I got feedback may be sensor went bad ad it will cost 270$ for each sensor. Immediately after servicing it went bad not why and now I have to pay to fix it. Service is pathetic

Typical oil change..... took 8 hrs got there at 2:30 figuring that it would be done . Still had to wait and hour. You'd thing you'd target an area like that and just have one person just doing oil changes. Free oil change but you're tied up for 8 hrs.

My car was taken back right away for service, and it took about as long as expected. There was sufficient space for customers to wait, but the WIFI stunk everywhere. I don't think it is fair to penalize the service department employees for that, but Rohrich has the worst internet I have encountered.

The receptionist in the maintenance department and the staff who answered the phone had an exceptionally bad attitude. The car will not notify the customer that the car is not maintained on the same day? Makes for an empty trip. The day of maintenance was still Friday and had to wait until Monday, I wanted to curse when I didn't have my car for a couple days. None of the maintenance is normal.

Rohrich provided same day service when I needed a new battery. The wait was very long but That was not a problem since I was able to get the work done that day. Only issue was that I don't think I needed my wipers replaced as they had been replaced a short time ago.
