my car was in on Oct 2 for the state inspection and oil change. Since that service I've had two new noises that weren't there before: A rhythmic pulsing hum faint around 3545 mph, clearly audible above 55 mph, pulsing faster as the car goes faster. A squealing sound that also started after the service. I reported it before and it's much better, but it still comes back occasionally.

They installed a tonneau cover and put a scratch in my brand new truck. I have called, sent photos, via email, and text to my salesman with no response. I have left messages on voicemail. This happened August 21st. I noticed the scratch the morning of August 22. I have been trying to contact them ever since. I get no response at all.

I had to spend three morning here due to the techs breaking valve stems and tpms on a simple tire install. Another stem was discovered broken the next week. My $3500 wheels have been significantly damaged around the lugs and one on the edge meeting the rubber. I will be seeking compensation.

Found a half eaten peach in my car that was there doe 3 days and grease inside my car on the liner in 3 different spots! When we arrived they act like you don't exist. Not a warm and friendly shop. I have been to others that treat a customer like they are the priority.

Team was very friendly. However, they didn't have the tires I needed for the car bought from them not 6 months before. Getting through the phone web was difficult and service couldn't talk to parts couldn't talk to switchboard. Hopefully they make it right soon.

The customer service is terriblethey discriminate against people who don't speak English. Nothing was fixed on the car, but they sent a message saying it was done. I went to pick it up that evening, but the keys weren't even in the car, so I had to go back the next daywhat a waste of my time. The worst part is that the customer service staff there really look down on people.

Good clear communication. Dislike if you get the car fix and after 2days ,I mean you experience a problem with the car within one week of service, You are not permitted to take it back for checkup unless you book another appointment which my take a month. In search a case you end up looking for other shops to fix your car.(?)

First it's not the right speedometer reading my car is at 168,688 miles. Second the car lot attendees were raving my engine and blowing my horn while I was checking in. Third I was charged for a tire rotation and never received it. Every time I come to get any service done it gets messed up

The experience could not possibly have been any better. I had what I believed was an emergency. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was told I could bring the car in to be checked, which was done. The person at the counter was also very helpful and pleasant. An extraordinary experience.

Went in for an inspection, and the service department was slammed. I said that I hated to ask, but would it be possible to get an oil change while my truck was on the rack. The woman at the service counter took care of it without a fuss, and even printed off a registration card for me when I noticed that the one that I had in my truck was expired.

Planned to it's the buy three tires get one free promo but upon closer review it was much more expensive than buying 4 tires from a private tire company. This promo seems to be a fraud. Exorbitant mount and balance fees far outweigh the price charged by private tire companies.

My wife took my vehicle for Inspection and Emissions no complaints about that ask for a complimentary car wash service agent said car we be out front in 10 minutes wife waited outside after a hour went in ask service were car was they made some excuse that someone put it on the top were they keep cars never was washed not the first time this has happened

The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. I stood in the doorway for over five minutes and wasn't acknowledged. Note: The staff wasn't with other guests. While the service itself was quick, what was going to be done, and what was found was never explained to me. I've had better service at other Toyota dealerships, and other Rohrich dealerships.

The work took 5 hours, where it had taken 1.5 for a different car the week prior. Driving away, I noticed that the navigation screen now doesn't work. Now trying to find out what happened and getting someone to return my call. I'd still recommend you, but this visit was not great.

When I approved the car purchase, they promised free car washes with every service. After two services, not a single wash was provided. The in-car notification prompting me to contact the dealer is still there after my serviceI'm starting to wonder if they even did the service at all. What a garbage dealership. Don't buy a car from them.

I liked that I get free oil change since I purchased my RAV4 at Rohrich. I used to have complete trust in this dealer. Now, that trust is gone. I requested and paid for tire rotation too; however, upon chec I, the oil looked new, but tires were not rotated. Rohrich was not responsive when I called. Finally talked to service late afternoon. They refunded my credit card. No apologies though. Is anyone trustworthy anymore??
