Tire replacement was done easily and quickly. They had the tire in stock and replaced it within two hours. Jacob was the service contact and he did great and beat the time estimate. The only issue was the valve stem was not screwed all the way in and the tire partially deflated on the way home. That was quickly remedied but would have been a major problem if driving far.

After service, they did not latch the hood , then after 1 mile of drove, hood latch out and broke the windshield. I had bad experience and service manager denied for improper handling of the car incurring car damage of around 3k. Service manager tried to denied I don't have this experience ,,,

I thought it took too long to inspect and replace a battery. Nevertheless, my battery finally got replaced after 2.5 hours. Steve was great in spot of the duration. He went beyond just getting my battery replaced, but also got me approved for my key fob to be replaced, too. I would have rated a five star if it didnt take so long especially when I made an appointment.

I called Monday. They had no available appointments until the following Thursday. They had me drop it off in the morning Wednesday and it would've been done a week later but they had to order fans and hoses for the hybris battery do to the previous owner. I will go back to them.

I brought the car in by tow shortly after noon one day because of an obvious electrical problem. I was outside their free shuttle service area but I was able to get a ride so didn't pursue a loaner option. They had an estimate before closing that day and I was able to pick up the vehicle the next morning. I purchased the vehicle from them and have had them maintain it so perhaps they tried harder. In any case I am very satisfied.

I love the service at Rodland Toyota in Everett. They make you feel valued as a customer and their staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are treated well. They offer a courtesy car so you don't have to sit in the waiting room but even if you do they offer snacks and refreshments, a television to watch, kids play room and it's very clean and comfortable. They even gave my daughter a stuffed animal upon arrival.

I liked the fact that Lauren got me in fast to have a diagnostic ran to find out why I was having noise with defroster, ac, heat and etc. with the extended warranty that I had purchased, she got the entire bill covered to get it fixed. Over and above she provided me with a loaner car. She definitely is service oriented to her customer.She is awesome! Theresa, in the waiting area is also pleasant and nice to talk to. That is why I am now having my car serviced at Everett Toyota. I will never go to Lynnwood Toyota again.
