This is complete nonsense. They ask you to pay to diagnose your car and then they come and tell you that they think your car has such and such a problem. They charge you a very high price and ultimately don't fix your car's problem. Waste of time, waste of money for ultimately zero. A $100 item to fix it is 7 times the price of the item.

Had an appointment at 11:15 for an oil change.When I went to check to see when my car would be done (somewhere between 12:30 and 1:00) I was told they hadn't even got to my car yet. When I came in for the appointment I was never told that it was going to be that long of a wait. By that time I got out of there it was it was pass 1:30. Not cool! What is the point of making an appointment? I was not happy.

I didn't like that. I had to wait 4 hours for a general maintenance service. When I was told 2 hours it was almost 4. I haven't checked. I'm hoping that they did a good job as far as my fluids and stuff and they told me my tires will be needing to be replaced. I wish they could have washed my car but they said it was broke down. The service bar for coffee and goodies. The person was really very nice and helpful.

Service was great. I only had 2 issues. Tire pressure on right front was at 41psi and rest of tires @ 35. So I don't think Tech did not check tire pressure b4 releasing car to me. Came back to have tires pressure set correctly and After tire rotation using the spare. The tpms system needed to be reset. Driving car home 13 miles did not reset it.

Service was fine as usual but an additional 3% charge for credit card payment was ridiculous. We have been there for almost 2 years but nobody ever told us there was a 3% fee until our last visit for 90,000 miles service which was $1700. The guy told us it has been 2 years that Rodland changed additional 3% credit card payment.

They returned phone calls and kept you up to date on the progress of your service.
All staff was very polite.
If anything I could be a little unhappy about, but I totally get it, is the 3% fee for using your credit card.
If I had seen the sign before hand, I would have used my debit card or paid cash.

Poor workmanship. Retaining clips for body kits broken. Didn't bother cleaning oil hand prints on orange high voltage insulation.
They charged diagnostic for a trouble I already mentioned to them.
Toyota Corporate already paid for the labor (Toyota extended warranty)

Went into the dealership with an emergency situation on my vehicle they fixed it plus they did my 15,000 mile check up out the door in two hours. It was very comforting to sit in the waiting room as they have a lady there that gives you free, hot chocolate, and all that good stuff my experience is very well. I would highly recommend This dealership.

All was very good, except when I arrived, they said it would take about 90 minutes, which seemed a bit long.
it actually took about three hours.
Probably due to the day. It was 12/31/2024. New Years Eve day. I wonder how many people called in "sick" that day?

It took way too long. Having an appointment didn't matter, which is strange. I wouldn't recommend it but it's frowned upon to take a Prius to someplace other than the dealer. It was just a frustrating experience.

The service staff at Rodland were excellent. They performed my service in less time than quoted and they provided a shuttle to take me to a restaurant to have breakfast while I waited. They then promptly picked me up and off I went. Great work all!!
