The part that was ordered or received was the wrong one for the repair. Tiana (Ford Service rep) had the new part ordered and received the same day. Though it took a total five hours to get the job, I am still happy with the work completed.

The actual service was great. Though the intake mileage at time of service was incorrect. I showed service advisor and they made the change on the receipt, but Carfax still received the incorrect mileage.
