They did put a bandaid on a situation. But I asked for it to be fixed properly, that is not what was done. I offered to pay whatever I needed to to get it repaired properly and after five days, and parts being ordered it was not repaired properly, in fact they didn't exactly what I asked them NOT to do.

It was frustrating as it took so long for them to look at it and communicate back with me on the issues. The gal that was in charge of my vehicle had the wrong phone number for me and didn't even try to email me which she did have my email. Once they finally got it diagnosed the repair was quick. If you need your vehicle fixed fast this isn't the place to go, but if you don't mind them having it then they do a great job.

All requested service done promptly & thoroughly. Only issue was that a tire rotation was done (without notification) as part of their expanded service check. They reversed the rotation when I explained the a rotation was just done by my tire shop.

I had to take my vehicle to another location, because the wait time for a simple oil change was 4 hours. Normally, they have a shuttle driver available, but that day there was an unusual delay. I had called before I brought my vehicle in and no delay time was mentioned. I ended up asking for the service department to return my SUV and I took it to Midas who completed the service in less than 1 hour, including wait time.

As of today I only received the sale contract. I can't believe with all of today's technology she can't scan the forms and email them to me. They need to do better at giving you an estimated time it'll take to service your car (I had several different times, given to me which was from 3 to 5 hours, 90 minutes and just over a hour) when you're from out of town that matters. Other than that everyone was very professional and friendly.

Terrific Experience overall. I've tried 4 Ford Service Departments with this car, so far, this is the only one that listened and completed all things I requested. Most notably the Rear Camera Backup Recall. The other 3 kept saying Ford said not to do it. Although Ford was telling me to get it done. LOL, they took the extra time to determine the real status. Friendly, and communicative.
