Asked for a full diagnostic as to what was wrong with car and explained all the different problems. They came back with only one problem and said that was the reason the check engine light was on. I knew this to be untrue because I had the codes from my Hum that told me what else was wrong. I also asked them to test drive the car because of front end shaking. I do not believe this was done because when I went to get the car the car was dead. Oil was very low, coolant was all over engine.

The vehicle came in with a misfire which is the shake you were feeling because cylinder #4 coil is bad. After diagnosing the concern it was towed in; we parked it outside till we had an authorization to order the coil and replace it. The work was declined and you chose to tow car out. If we had the opportunity to replace the coil the oil would have been topped off. The battery would have been charged and car would have been test driven to verify repair.

We felt that the service coordinator truly listened to our description of the problem, cared about our concerns, and was able to have the car repaired in a reasonable time span from diagnosis to pick-up.
