I walked in without an appointment expecting to have to schedule my first oil change (6K miles).
Appointment not necessary!
I gave them my last name and car fob (he found my car history immediately), then I waited in the super nice waiting area for them to do their magic.
Somewhere around a half hour later I was told that my car was all set.
Super friendly, skilled, talented people are everywhere to be found in this dealership. Top to bottom, it's a fabulous place to do business!

My service experiences with Reynolds have always been very positive. This is the second Subaru that Ive had them work on for me. They have always been efficient and very thorough in servicing my vehicle. Im also very appreciative that they are mindful of all the safety protocols during this pandemic. My car was sanitized before it was returned to me and they have a wonderful outdoor area as well as a very large, well cleaned, customer service area that had a small number of customers present.

Originally scheduled a 30k mile maintenance checkup for our 2019 Crosstrek due to a struggling starter. Unfortunately, the appointment was 2 days too late, the starter failed, and we had to be towed. Luckily, the starter was fully covered under the warranty. The Customer Service Rep at Reynolds Subaru was exceptionally supportive and set us up with a loaner while they replaced the starter. Overall the service was exceptional. Wouldve given 5-stars if not for the $534 for a 30k checkup.
