Although RBM service was extremely busy, they immediately took my car in and serviced it. I was out in 30 minutes. Apparently a nut was jammed somewhere. They had to drill through it to open. Had to pay for it as well.

Went in due to fuel pump recall but Svc B was due soon also. Bought tires, but dealership damaged a wheel and sent it out for machining. Repair done well and they were honest and transparent. However, car was turned over with a tire pressure sensor missing. Remedy still in progress as of this writing.

Service was not completestill waiting for resolution appointment 2 weeks later plus I had to wait two weeks for the first appointment- so four weeks with the check engine light on.. That is unacceptable to me. Plan to buy a new car in 2024will choose a dealership with a responsive service record.

The moment we stepped out of my car, we met "G" - and he knew EVERYTHING about this car I was looking at. He was so friendly, patient and helpful and every turn - and frankly more excited for me than I even was for me at times. Overall not a great experience, Brought my car in for Service A and recall on the sunroof. Also asked to have marker lamp replaced. I was thinking its just a bulb..Service Advisor informed me I needed front brake pads and rotors. I declined the repair, because my front brakes were repaired 2 weeks from that day .. smh Now the sunroof will not open and close properly

There was warranty work done and now I cant use the rear window spray to clean the window and cant reprogram the car to open my garage doors. The biggest problem is that RBM cant fix these issues until after Xmas and I will be gone for 4 months then.

Long story short, I made 2 trips 3 hours each way using one of my paid employees as a driver for a vehicle that wasn't fixed.
2 weeks later I get an email stating that the van was due for service AND has an open recall..Really !?!?!?

A loner car was provided free of charge and it was very nice.
