Mercedes as a brand sucks. My car broke down after just 5 years, without even a check engine light on and had been recommended for an engine replacement. What car, especially a premium brand like Mercedes breaks down in 5 years !! And there is absolutely no support from Mercedes !!

Didn't like that my wheel and tire warranty had a limit on how many times it could be used and I was not told this when I purchased it. The service advisor did his best to get me the best price. Great service overall but we asked them to listen to a rattling that we hear all the time and basically it's an obvious sound but they claimed they couldn't hear it. They offered for me to come back and drive with them to hear it but dang that's like 3 hours out of my life to get there and back so basically we will just live with the rattling sound that any human could hear any time they drive the car.
