My rep in the shop knows me by sight. All I had to do was walk in, tell him what I needed and give him the keys. He stated "do you want to wait or get a call?" I said a call would be fine and walked away. As soon as as work was finished he called . That easy!

I dropped off my vehicle for a manufacturer's warranty issue. Unbeknownst to me, the work was subcontracted. Upon pick up, I discovered personal property was missing from the vehicle. Additional, the work had several unaddressed quality issues. Priority's management team was little to no help resolving these issues.

I liked how easy it was to check in my car at the dealership. However, I waited four hours to receive a call that my car is ready from its oil change and it never came. The car service tracking link still showed in progress, but I showed up anyway a few minutes before it closed (7pm) to find my car sitting outside parked and complete.

I had appointment at 10:a.m for my car service took them 5 hours to finished my car. I spent 5 hours at the dealer.imagine if you don't have appointment what happens.They should learn how to manage the times it's important for customers too. spending all day at the dealer that's I don't like.

Got safety inspection completed. While it did pass there were some suspension recommendations which were not documented on any receipts or documents provided or a video of the car items being inspected.
My recommendation for this service shop is a maybe at this time.

Service advisor was not truthful about the fees. We presented a dealer coupon for basic service. Service Advisor informed me that he would apply a "better" discount. Upon closer review, the "better" discount cost more than if he would have simply applied the coupon; also added a misc charge that in essence canceled the applied discount. In principle, we are considering another place to service the vehicle.

My service advisor was friendly and honest about how the state inspection goes. I made an appointment so that I could get in and out. He explained inspections were first come first served and it would be about an hour and a half but I was first there. Someone came in early and he had them to do the inspection. I was out in 30 mins and in my way.

Inspection service for emissions unavailable. Wait time unacceptable. Arrived at 7:30 and was told 2 hrs but then they said it would be 2 more hours. A friend of mine arrived after I did and was finished before I was and he paid for additional services. So key must be to pay for additional work to skip in front of the lines!

Strongly recommend the finance department explain to each potential customer each of the type of warrantee plan they recommend in lieu of just adding it own to minimize surprises for the average buyer or buyers.

Recalls were completed ahead of schedule. My service manager kept me informed during the process, the only reason it is not a 5 is because when I picked up the truck it was dirty. No wash was done, no paper floor mats or vacuum of the interior was done. I originally pitched the Tundra from Priority Toyota so, as a customer, I would expect to pick up my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off.
