I've purchased 5 vehicles from them. Quality of service has gone down. Dropped it off the night before for an 8am appt and when I called to check the next day they couldn't find my vehicle, they misplaced the paperwork and it took all day for an oil change, tire rotation, state inspection, they also took care of a recall they managed to squeeze in after initially telling me they didn't have time for. Figured they would comp the service but they didn't.
