Scheduled for a service, they had my car for two days. Left several messages with no return call. Then get a text my car is ready and they could not do the scheduled recall because they did not have the part and did not call and tell me anything. Very poor customer service.

Dropped vehicle off for oil change appointment at 0715. Didn't receive one update on status the entire day. 5 phone calls went unanswered (everyone teleworking). Finally showed up 30 min before they closed to get it, and magically they had just finished up. Place is overbooked and undermanned, and honestly makes me question the quality of maintenance.

I got my car serviced on the 19th, they called me to update me about my tires and then said they would update me with anything else. They never updated me after that which they normally do, so maybe they were just having an off day. I wasn't upset, I just went in the next morning to see if I could get my work keys from my car because I accidentally left them, and my car happened to be done already so I was able to leave with it.

Their service appointments are not actual appointments, they are just a place holder. 3 hours for an oil chage is ridiculous and not worth the free oil change and the people in the service people do not care either. Its like they are hearding cattle to get people in the shop but no one ever come out quickly.

Miscommunication between staff cause my 1/2 time frame to put a new tire on my car that had already been put on the wheel after I left it the afternoon prior) turn into over two hours because they couldn't find where a staff member left my car to put the wheel on my car. Then they couldn't find that staff member to obtain my car key so they could take it to their tire area. A communication breakdown.

Customer service was great but the wait time for inspection was very long only to have 3 overnight drop offs ahead. Understand Due to short staff but if car need repairs it should be put aside and continue inspection not stop and fix then continue inspections

It was a very nice building when I got there the people were nice when I got inside they took my car and serviced it and I went to the waiting room I love the fact that they did have a cafe there where you can get something to eat the only thing I didn't like there was no free coffee most car lots I go to is always free coffee tea and water anyway that was what I really like

Didn't like having to wait for a service representative, I know my previous didn't show up for work and she knew I was coming. The tech people were very investigative, but my problem wasn't fully resolved. Just ideas thrown out for cause of the problem, I am not into experimental fixes unless they want to help with the cost. Depending on who you get as service advisor that everything will get addressed. Last advisor didn't even check the same seat panel that cracked like the previous 3 times it was replaced. Now, have to wait until I get next oil change and inspection done for it to be replaced again.

Went in for rear brake pads and rotors, as Priority had alerted us that they needed to be done.
They ended us doing the front brakes and rotors, (had to order new pads because they had the incorrect ones), and changed out the rear pads, but didn't do the back rotors...

The service advisor did a great job but I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and annual safety inspection. Had an appointment at 0820 and the services were completed at around 2:15 pm. I assume the hold up was the safety inspection (normal to only have 1 inspector.)

They were courteous and explained everything to me. However apparently they don't rotate the tires every 5000 miles. They said mine looked fine and anywhereing on them was even on all 4 tires. I told them I get repeated messages from Carfax stating my tire rotation is over due. They still didn't see any reason to rotate my tires.

They did not do state inspection. Cierra said they did not have time. I left my car Sunday night and my husband called them in the morning and reminded also. Rude and worse service never will bring my car there. I bought my car and my husband bought his car from there. Not our next cars.
