I didn't like the length of time I was without my car. But, since I took it in on Thursday and they are closed on the weekend, I understand the delay. I know that my car is old and they are keeping it running. This year's $2000.00 cost is the most I've had to spend but I know I couldn't get a replacement car for the amount of money I am paying to Premier. The employees are always friendly and explain the repairs they recommend. Premier is close to my house and my sisters house and she is able to help me get around while the car is in the shop.

Best word to describe my continuing to use Premier is TRUST!!! When you make an appointment, a Service Advisor is always there to greet you. Bismark Odendahl is highly professional and so easy to talk to and have questions answered....a huge huge plus for me. He told me exactly what I needed and the great technicians did a thorough job in a very timely manner. Waiting area is always clean, music at a tolerable level. Made a follow up appointment with Bismark for June. TRUST!
