Caleb and his team replaced our main and auxiliary batteries and the engine air filter. Suggested other preventative maintenance that we will need to schedule in the future.
100% customer service, they stayed just past closing to help closeout our ticket for same day vehicle pickup. Highly recommend this establishment for vehicle repairs.

Technicians, not Mechanics. Premier1 was unable to diagnose a simple issue with my vehicle because the scanner did not provide them a code. A simple test drive would have demonstrated the issue. Their repair fixed nothing and I had to perform the repairs myself after I left.

Premier one is excellent. Engine light came on Thursday. Booked an appointment for Friday morning. Serviced vehicle and I was back on the road Friday afternoon. I have used this repair shop many times and I have yet to get bad service. Staff is courteous. Very professional staff. If you need repair work come to them. You will not be disappointed.

I have always had a great experience at this facility. Friendly and knowledgeable team members, repairs are done correctly, on time at the quoted price. I am never pressured to have "Optional" repairs completed and the techs explain everything in detail about my vehicle and the repairs.

On the recommendations of a couple of Porsche club friends, I took it to Premier1. They took great care of my car and coordinated with Carmax's Maxcare on the extended warranty coverage. Customer Service and quality of work done on my car was fantastic! Premier1 Auto Care is now my declared mechanic shop for all of my car needs. Excellent work, good turnaround time. Overall just a great experience. Highly recommend Premier1 Auto Care!!! They provided an Uber ride back to my house. Got dealership like treatment but at much more affordable pricing.

The staff is always so friendly and they get straight to the point. There is no dancing around the issues your vehicle has. My husband and I bring both of our vehicles here - his corolla and my rav4. The prices are a tad high but they are worth it. I would rather pay a bit more for good service and transparency vs not.

After my Oil was changed, the Red Warning light came on indicating the Oil still needed to be changed. One of the Senior Guys Reset it for me.
The date of Service is Incorrect.
I was told my Windshield Wipers were OK and 2 days later the Right Wiper is coming apart.

The most important thing is that I am ALWAYS sure Premiere Auto will communicate to me whatever problems need repair and never suggests a service for my car that is not needed. Knowing only a small bit about cars makes me an easy target. I never have to worry that I'm being pushed to have something done to my car that isn't needed.
The staff is very friendly and patient.
