My cars are always taking care of . They go above and beyond for me every time I bring my vehicle in . This is the only place I bring my vehicles for service. I have been coming to theses guys for over 3 years . They make me feel important, they take care of my vehicles like they would their own cars . It doesn't get any better than that!

Brian was awesome over the phone. I came in and he was just as nice in person. He was very knowledgeable. He's also going to assist me with an issue acquired from another Precision Tune. Brian spoke to me about the problem and how it would be rectified. Done in a manner as could understand.

Car was in front end accident & had a power steering leak. Precision Tune found the leak & replaced the section of fluid line. Also installed new rear rotors and brake pads. When they found where the power steering leak was located, they called me with an extremely fair price and was completed I a timely manner.

I had to wait for service, because I arrived about an hour after opening on a holiday weekend. However the wait time wasnt as long as expected. The service was outstanding. The manager was very helpful and professional. Definitely plan on using this location in the future.

The Manager Bryan was friendly and very detailed in explaining the repair needed. The Service Tech did a very detailed repair and clean up in a very good time frame for the type of work to be done. As always, Management and Service Techs were friendly and informative with fair pricing.

I always go to this location to get service for my cars they are very nice and knowledgeable and they will give me the opportunity and options for other recommended repairs upon seeing them. In my service record or seeing a need for them! Whichever is my preference!!

I have been a Precision Tune customer for many years. The service today was great; the technician explained and answered all my questions, more than adequately. It may be worth noting, this was the first time I visited this location in Raleigh, on Atlantic Ave. Nonetheless, great service!

I am STILL so upset with them. One of the services I paid for was an alignment. I brought it back a couple of weeks later as there was still a problem, which I did notice minutes after leaving but I had somewhere to get to. They told me there wasnt anything wrong with it and IF I still thought there was to go to the dealership for them to update the software. What?!?! Im acting going to call corporate Monday as I still have problems.

Had radiator reservoir tank replace 2 days later was told it was the radiator that had the leak,. I ordered a radiator and once the radiator was installed was told it wasn't the radiator but the hose that had the leak. Very upset because that could have been determined the first time the car was checked three visits later and hundreds of dollars more the problem has now been fixed.

We have always trusted precision tune auto. Unfortunately this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. I went for a routine synthetic oil change and after waiting an hour was told that my drain plug was stuck and they didn't have a technician that could handle that at the time. I was told I would have to go to a different Precision which would be another several hrs wait and they left me with no options except to leave with no services completed. They were apologetic yet if you don't have the appropriate staff to be completing an oil change service when you run into a snag, it would of been better to just have stated that they couldn't of assisted me from the beginning. Left frustrated and without an oil change.
