Why does the mechanic not wipe or redirect the used oil that gets on the frame bars underneath. The next morning it had all dripped out on my concrete driveway. Will have to make a trip to Auto Parts store to pick up driveway oil remover. (not cheap,btw). Also, in the waiting room, someone was blasing Reels on their iphone speaker and there were no benches outside.

Oil change and tire rotation evidently does not include checking tire pressure. All tires were low on air. Then we figure out that they did not recalibrate the Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS), so the tire pressures in the dash board did not match the right tires.

This is my go-to for oil changes. They update me on the condition of my car and I love that they are honest about what needs to be done ASAP. I never feel obligated to do anything, unless they tell me it is an urgent matter. The manager Brian is such a friendly person and so is the staff. Thank you for looking out for me and my car.

Friendly and quick. Did not have an appt, just needed a state inspection. Was in and out. did not try and upsell anything, only stated a needed windshield wiper replacement that I sort of expected. Is easy to drive by due to storage facility sign, but worth the u-turn.

The quality of work was consistent; which is why I came back. The customer service was off this day. I was charged for a service without having the opportunity to agree to it. I had to stand my ground and the facility leader / manager refunded it. He corrected the issue but shouldn't have had to. There were two communications and neither time was I given the choice so miscommunication at best

Once again the crew at Precision Tune go above and beyond typical service. The Management is friendly and explained everything in detail in layman's terms. The service techs also were friendly and were happy to answer any questions that we had.
