If you're going to buy accessories and you're gonna have them install it, make sure you buy the parts online and select the install package so they can be reimbursed. If not, you're gonna be screwed and you're gonna pay their prices for installation because supposedly it's two different departments the national chain and Power Ford being a locally owned business. Even though the website doesn't say online exclusive deal only.

Some of the repairs were completed, some weren't. One repair they said was done, but in got the vehicle back and the problem still isn't fixed. They don't have a loaner program; you have to rent a careven if your car is under warranty. It took a week. Staff are nice. I'd likely look to see if there another Ford dealership to be honest.

I went to Power Ford instead of Capitol Ford in Santa Fe, even though I live in Santa Fe, because Power Ford was able to get to the repairs much quicker - about two weeks instead of two months. They were very professional from start to finish, and took care of everything I request flawlessly.
