Vehicle was at their shop for approximately 3.5 weeks. Granted that 1 week was fighting with extended warranty and Power Ford on who was going to pay what. Overall the truck was not repaired correctly at all. In fact it was worse off than it's initial issues.
Sad thing is that this was my preferred shop for my maintenance, and they always did an excellent job. For some reason they dropped the ball hard.

I was on a trip and needed repair. Mechanics were knowledgable and very communicative. The service manager facilitated all requests and provided uber rides to hotel. The repairs were only those needed and expedited. I felt truly cared for by a team of experts!

I always have a good experience with Power Ford. They are prompt, they have good availability for service appointments, the staff is very friendly, and professional. They got me an Uber ride to take me to Costco while we waited for my car, then picked me up when the service was complete.
So 5 stars is well deserved from me.

Great customer service. Replaced cam phasers under warranty on my 2019 F150 3.5 ecoboost quickly, using new design phasers without any issue. Cost for F150 and Explorer transmission service was about the same as local independent shops. I've been very happy with power ford's service department.
