My 30,000 mile service was performed slightly ahead of schedule in accord with reminders from the car, CARFAX, and my own attention to detail. Porsche San Luis Obispo made scheduling easy via internet. My service advisor was Chelsea Stewart. She was not only on top of all issues but also provided me with a courtesy loaner Macan (topping off its tank before releasing it to me!), kept me posted on progress, and filled me in on my car's status. The cost of this and the prior two services was covered by Porsche as part of the purchase agreement. All in all, the experience was highly positive.

Recently moved to the Orcutt, CA area & went to Porsche San Luis Obispo which is now much closer then Santa Barbara. Setting up service appointment I asked for a loaner car to use during service time which was granted. The initial contact person was very nice & helpful. The oil change & other service took over two hours but loaner was used. Very happy to receive a technician video of components under car & condition of various items. First time at any dealer that has happened. Very satisfied with there service. Will continue to use them!
