The place is nice. I did the pick up. Oddly, there was no reception area, and when I entered the service area, everyone just kind of looked at me like 'What do you want?" Our service writer was nice enough, but it took around 20 minutes for the car to show up after the service was paid for. I think they could do better.

Getting your Porsche smog checked at the Porsche dealer may be a bit more expensive than your local mechanics shop, but the dealership is still the best place to go. They have access to a database of every single Porsche in the US and a verification system to identify your car, the mechanic, and so forth to establish the veracity of the service. Well worth it.
