Hate Pittsburgh but love this dealer. We traveled fro Canton Ohio to see a car at this dealer. We hit a cloudburst on the way and had our flasher on along with all the rest of the cars on the road. We got to the dealers and drove the car.I- I decided to wait a few days as Mon was a holiday On Tues they called and I put money down on the car. They asked for the insurance card and my license picture over the computer which we emailed. It did not go through so they called the next day and gave me a new email address. They went through the second time and they sent the paperwork to sign and send a check back with overnight. We went on Sat and picked up the car. On the way home on the first Sat we also encountered a hail storm and then another cloud burst. All in all, it was not a bad experience with the dealer but the trip SUCKED the first time. They offered to meet us on the East side of the city and take us into the dealer but we just bit the big one and drove ourselves.
