I've owed Mercedes for the past 20 years, so I've become attuned to their "brand" of service. There was nothing wrong with the service I received from Porsche. It wasn't exceptional. What wasn't offered me and what I've come to expect was to be offered to have my car washed before it was returned. My car wasn't dirty. Maybe few Porsche owners drive theirs dirty. I'm surprised ever Porsche dealer doesn't outperform Mercedes.

Porsche Pittsburgh has always given excellent service! I own a Tesla, and the Tesla service center doesn't do inspections (because state law requires inspection stations to have emissions equipment, which Teslas don't require), so I bring my vehicle here. They have always been great; accommodating, quick, and thorough!
