The service itself was fine but the customer service was terrible. I was standing in line, an elderly gentleman cut in front of me. No one said anything. Then a woman walked from outside and spoke the rep there and got taken care. When I went and spoke to the same rep he asked me the details and asked me to go back and stand in line (the line where I was standing first even before the elderly gentleman). If you are taking this stance do the same to the woman from outside. No double standards.

Firstly, when I inquired about the Tires warranty, their response was extremely poor saying Honda will neither give warranty nor will work with Michelin when my tires have 38074 miles though they have a warranty of 60,000 miles. Secondly they did not give the quote for Tires which I asked for. Thirdly, when I asked for just turn bulb replacement, they quoted an exorbant price of 65 dollars without even checking. He just said any bulb is 65 dollars.

I found a van that looked like it met my families needs on carfax.com. I contacted them around 6pm via text & email, spoke to Jacob about the vehicles availability. We met Sal at the door, he fueled up and set us up with our test drive. Sal worked with management and Steve in the finance area to get out loan terms nailed down. By 9pm that evening, we were ready to drive it home. Steve quickly had us approved with a decent payment and loan coverage, discussed all issues and options. Sal threw some temp tags on for us. All around great experience at Performance Kings Honda. We were in and out within hours and they even worked after hours to get it done. I believe the manager even shook my hand after my purchase to say, thanks. Good folks.
