Alex was extremely rude to me at service checkout and implied I was stupid - "you don't know how dealers work" - which is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstance, let alone when I am upset by sub-par service. This was absolutely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this dealership and I will not be recommending anyone purchase -anything- from this dealership, whether service or vehicle purchase.

Had a flexible schedule and got mee in quick. However, they did a maintenance check and left my moonroof open. It took 45 minutes for them to figure out how to close it. Ridiculous, considering Ronnie Price Upholstery & Top Shop could close it in 5 minutes.

Customer service was excellent. Casey went above and beyond. However, I think the price you charged was ridiculous. Don't even know why and how the camera got misaligned and it cost over $400 to repair.

Nationally, costs range $250-$500 for front camera aim. Our price is $249.99+tax at menu price for all makes and models. With a Diagnostic service and test drive at $99+ tax that did put at that price range. It looks like you took advantage of our sleep service and got it done overnight.
