Tech conducted a diagnostic check on the vehicle and we were able to set up an appointment for the repair of the car.They were professional and explicit in their evaluations and helpful with encouragement and methods of payment, etc and time frame to repair. Grateful for their service. The location is well managed and there is a sense of dedication to the work being done.

Not okay,.. went for wheel alignment they said they need to run inspection before proceeding and they inspected and proceed to do wheel alignment, balancing and rotation ended up paying and no results!! When I ask they said I have to change the links for results don't want what happened to the inspection they did !!

Bad. Very bad. Told I had to wait 2 hours to fix a flat. Ok. At 1 3/4 hours I checked in. Said I was next. After 2.5 hiurs told me I had to come back another time?? I had to lose my cool and be sh***y, but they fixed it. It took 5 hours. Had to buy a new tire. Very very bad.

I went for an oil and filter change the day before a long roadtrip and they refused to do the work because I have an oil leak. Yes, I need to replace the gasket to address the leak but that doesn't mean you can't do the oil change in the meantime so instead i just had to drive another 1500miles on old oil

Temporary repair seems ok so far. The girl that you deal with on the phone could benefit from some customer service training. This is the main reason I am giving this facility 2 stars and probably going elsewhere next time.

I don't like when they try to add more than what you came to get serviced on your vehicle. If I come to check my ac unit I don't want a call saying I need to get other stuff done.

Our advisor was very rude, condescending, and unknowledgeable. Other staff were much more professional and welcoming. Made faulty repairs and couldn't own up to it. Go elsewhere.

The staff were great and relatable. Very helpful. The work was done well and fairly quickly. Only complaint is that they never called when the work was done, we just randomly went back to check a few hours later than expected and then found out.

I took my car for an oil/filter change and read the report after picking up my car. it's obvious they don't check tire pressure, dashboard lights or most of the stuff they reported checking, because miraculously all 4 of tires have the same tread despite 2 being newer and 2 being over 2 yrs old. I had 2 lights on the dashboard they didn't reset. overall disappointing for a big name company.

had my car serviced at this & other locations for different repairs over the years and I personally had good repairs for the $$$. I also understand car repairs & use discuss any charges that" seem high" and work with the store for any coupons or adjustments to help make it more of a fair value.

Went to have 4 new tires on my car sling with the wheel alignment. Waited for over an hour only to be told that the mechanic went home without.doing the wheel alignment. I was asked if I wanted to come back. My answer was no. If there was no time to do both then services as such should not be accepted after a certain time. My appointment was from 5-7 pm.

Would not change my oil because they saw an oil spill (occurred while adding oil to my car). There is no oil leak. I do not see any on my driveway. Frustrating that they could not help me. They told me to get an undercarriage wash to clear the oil. The most ridiculous thing I have heard at an oil change location. I think they were just lazy.
