Great price on tires, customer service was great both of the phone and in person, they didn't try to push for more expensive parts, extras, etc. Very polite - explained everything as well. Could have been a little faster.

I took my truck for an alignment, it would pull to one side and after the alignment now it pulls to the other, this is the second time I've taken it for the same thing and they never leave it right.

battery died in parking lot they help get car started , then check everything out and replaced battery back on the road in 3 hours

They took wait too long, over the price for labor and service, they act like a car dealership. I would not recommend anyone for service with pep boy period pricing way too high.

They are professional, and the facility is like every other, but the cost for the alignment was abit over priced compared to other mechanic shops near by however they don't open on Sundays like pep boys.
