I like that Pep Boys is open 7 days a week. I'm always able to schedule on a day and time that works for me. Customer service is always top notch. They serviced my vehicle and I was in and out very quickly!

I LOVE pep boys! I've been going there for years and the staff are extremely nice and respectful. When they tell me how long it would take to fix my car is always on point but if they run into whatever issues with my car they will communicate with me and apologize for it!

The moment you walk in the lobby of Pepboys you can feel the welcome of people there, they greeted you with friendly but respectful.
They didn't keep you waiting long as they promised to have your car fixed.
After the work is done, they cleaned your car as though it has never been touched, interior.
I will definitely return to this shop again if i ever need help with problem eith by my car.

Made same day appointment for 12:00pm. However, I brought my car in a little before 10:00am.
Technicians were able to work on my vehicle shortly after I dropped it off.
Staff were done with my car before 12:00pm.
As always, I received excellent service and I was in and out in a very decent timeframe.

I received brakes and rotors on 12/10/23 only to have to return on 2/17/24 to get my brakes and rotors replaced because the parts were warped. I was totally disappointed in the service because the tech didn't offer me any accommodations due to me having to come back less than 90 days. I had to wait over 3 hours for service because they ordered the wrong back rotors. I'm EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN PEP BOYS!!!

I have purchased a set of tires from this store in the past. It was easy to make an appointment and I did leave the car for a complete brake job including flushing the brake fluid. I was notified that the car was ready and picked it up. My son drove the car home and said there was a loud clicking noise from the right rear area. I did remove the tire when I got home and noticed that one of the caliper bolts was missing. I called the store and they said bring it back I said I would bring it back in the morning. He said that because I took the tire off he could not say that his mechanic did in fact leave the bolt off. I did bring the suv back the next morning and after an inspection they ordered the bolt. I then pointed out that the dust cover on the bleeder valve was still dirty and had not been removed. So no brake fluid flush was performed, They did flush the fluid while I waited for the repair. I was not charged for any of the work performed the next day. I did lose another four hours of my time the next day after the initial repairs. I will not go back for service at that Pepboys.
