I was very disappointed with my experience with Nissan Passport in Alexandria, va. I finally found the exact vehicle I wanted a 2011 Durango. Most dealerships when you are going to be paying for the vehicle outright instead of financing, they will come down on their price. However, that was not the case at Nissan Passport. What price they have on the internet or at the dealership is what they stick to with no wiggle room for compromise. Plus they have a $995 processing fee which ended up making the cost of the vehicle over $2,500 more than what it should of been. Had they lowered their price a little and been a little more professional, my husband and I would have purchased the Durango. I am very disappointed because I really wanted that vehicle. I would not recommend Nissan Passport of Alexandria, Va unless you want to end up paying way more than you should plus deal with unprofessional, uncompromising people.

I doubt if any of the task listed was actually performed. eg. all 4 tires had different psi when i went it and they didn't even fix that. I had to go to get my oil pan replaced which was striped by one of there auto technicians. I went 4 times to explain the situation and they didn't want to listen and take responsibility. I finally decided to call Nissan Head quarters and they sent me 80% of the money in a form of gift card as an apology for the bad service. This is my last visit here.
