The car i drove 30 minutes to see was sold 10 minutes before I got there. Dealer didn't even call me or anything to notify me. Then tried to sell me a car that was so off base from what I was going for, it was almost embarrassing. I get it, things happen, cars get sold, but it felt very scam-like.

My appointment was for 10:15 am I arrived at 10:00am checked in with the service advisor & for a regular service oil & filter change, tire rotation & I didnt t leave til just after 3:00 pm. The service advisor let me sit all day & forgot to place my car in service until I said something to him at 1:00 pm. Service wait was way to long.... Service advisor didnt follow up. Not happy!

Ashleigh and Walter are amazing! The service at this dealership is impeccable and they provide excellent care. Literally brought my car in and was out within 2 hours - following social distance guidelines and everyone was taking extra precautions. My seat was covered in plastic only removed when I returned and the icing on the cake - an ice cold bottle of water was provided on a 90 degree day! They are AMAZING!!!!

Advisor his name is Richard, he make sure I'm getting the correct service done when did it...He let me know whats the most important thing to do first if it's more have to be done..I took my Sentra here, now I bring my 2017 Nissan Maxima here..They have very great mechanics....They wash your car after your service...

The team was friendly, but they failed to inform me of the cost of maintenance that was completed at their recommendation. The service team recommend that I get my transmission fluids change in addition to my other maintenance that was covered in my plan. The cost was around $200. I was not told this until after the work was complete. I wish the informed me before the work was done. I thought is was going to be like $100 or less.

Service was fast and took care of the requested maintenance. However, Ill have to return the vehicle to tighten the brakes. Before the maintenance and inspection I could park on the incline in my driveway. Since the inspection the parking brake wont hold so that needs to be addressed.

The Service Dept personnel always treat me very well. The day before I took my car in for routine periodic maintenance I received a notice from Nissan and warranty work. When I brought my car in for the routine maintenance, Richard S. also added the warranty work so I could get it all done in one day. He also gave me loaner car, which I very much appreciated.

Very thorough inspection and they fixed all problems. I liked the electronic list that was texted to me. I could check off which things I wanted to do immediately. Some items were suggestions of things that might be needed in the future. Very clear explanations. I chose the items that failed and left the rest for another time. Friendly service.

Per conversation with Walter, had my vehicle towed in from a service station which stated that timing chain had jumped and new engine needed. Richard and Mark (shop foreman) quickly determined the issue and had my car back on the road. The team at Passport Nissan always provides the best service - honest and fair!!

I give a 2 star because my vehicle wasnt completely repaired. The engine light returned after 24 hours of picking of my vehicle. I took my vehicle to another Nissan dealer where they repaired all things needed without any problems. My vehicle is now repaired and no engine light.

Customer service from rep, Walter Moxham, was excellent as usual. Second time having vehicle serviced for same issue. I would love to give a 5 star rating but it seems the service department no longer vacuums and washes cars or at least mine continues to be neglected. Otherwise, no complaints.

They said my car would not pass inspection because I had a nail in the tire they could not be fixed and that I needed a new battery. I told him to go ahead and put the battery in so that my Tire was covered under warranty. They let me know my car was done and said I passed inspection because it technician thought that my Tire was covered under warranty by Nissan so he fixed it. Now wondering if my battery even needed to be replaced!

We ensure that a vehicle meets all inspection points in order for it to pass and don't cut corners to ensure that happens.
