was on a trip from Fl to Oh. Left Oh and my warning lights all came on. Fluid levels were ok so I took the chance and drove 1,000 miles home. Took my car in to Parks. They diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it.Left front abs sensor was malfunctioning. Replaced it and was back on the road in a couple of hours. Good job

Parts actively communicated expected repair date of warranty item and Service quickly assigned maintenance date that worked with my schedule. After a failed part replacement, Parks got a new one in a timely manner. The new wireless charging pad has been a great improvement and does what is supposed to do.

Went for a basic oil and filter change. Went on a Saturday and fully expected to have to wait a long time. The check in process was fast and easy and I sat down expecting a long wait. About 20 minutes later they were telling me that I was ready to go. Very fast and easy. Very pleased with Parks service and the people that I dealt with there. A good place to go.

Mt tire was low pressure I mentioned when I had oil changed and tire rotation. They claimed they didn't see anything I brought back because there was something. They said it was very small and patched it It is still leaking and there is white all over my tire I'm very frustrated with it. I will have patched again else where for a lot money.

It was discussed over the phone with insurance and service advisor, Jordan, that the vehicle would need to be detailed after incurring flood damage. The vehicle was NOT detailed, only the carpet replaced, and the smell of mildew is so strong it is unbearable to drive. I believe that Parks should pay to have my vehicle professionally detailed!! I had to pay an insurance deductible and the vehicle was NOT repaired to satisfaction! After reviews left on other platforms, Parks CDJR offered to contact me and make it right. To nobodies surprise. This still hasn't happened since I was initially responded to last Saturday. Would not do business with this "business" again!
