Very disappointed in service writer team this time. I usually deal with Jordan, but he wasnt there. Justin took my key, but apparently he assigned it to Carlie. I brought my vehicle in on Friday, and didnt get it back til Monday. Every time I called, she defered to him, and he defered to her. Couldnt get straight answers. Asked to speak to store owner manager. Was told he wasnt there that day either.
I mailed a letter to store owner/manager. Very disappointed this time.

42 + - DAYS......FINALLY FOUND THE ISSUE.....AFTER HAVING CAR FOR SAME ISSUE EACH TIME... FROM FEB 17-28.. AGAIN MAR 1-7. AGAIN MAR 18-29. STILL NOT FIXED DEALT WITH WARNING SOUND.... ALL OF APRIL AND MAY MOSTLY USED ANOTHER VEH. (VACAY'S AND SUCH)
VEH IN AGAIN JUNE 5-12 WENT TO P/U JUNE 12 AND JUST LEFT IT THRU THE 14TH.
VEH SAT IN DRIVEWAY A DAY OR TWO.... THEN IN AGAIN JUNE 18-20 ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED. VEH IN ONE LAST TIME FOR THIS ISSUE....FINALLY JUNE 23-25.
APPROXIMATELY 42 (OFF AND ON) DAYS IN SHOP WITH SAME ISSUE... LOTS OF BACK AND FORTH (MILEAGE 44 MILES ROUND TRIP X2 VEHICLES NEEDED.) THAT ADDED UP.
IS IT FIXED?
IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND COUNTING. WE'LL SEE!
