I always take my vehicle to the Acura, I like to maintain it properly. They are not the best in terms of time, but this time they surprised me. Change of oil in less than 1 hour. I hope that these are changes that they have made and not that it was a coincidence.

I had a good experience overall. The staff member who took care of my car was very polite and handled everything properly. The only downside was the interior cleaning and car wash they weren't done as well as expected. Other than that, everything was good. I wanted to give 5 stars, but I'm giving 4 because of the cleaning quality.

I was lied to about trade-in and car availability. I was told they would meet my desired trade-in value so I set up an appointment for next day. I then received an email saying the car I was interested in was sold. I then received an email saying the price on the car I was interested in had dropped. It is still being shown as available days after all of this!!!

My son took my car in for oil change, the appointment was made with Ashley on Tuesday for a 9:45 appointment on Wednesday. When my son arrived he was told he didn't have an appointment. He told them the person I had talked with. The service advisor was able to work him in. What started off bad did end better. I just hope if we decide to have our next service done at Park Place Acura we will have a better experience.

I was talked down to by the service rep.
And when we talked about timing I was not even given an estimate of when the work would be done.
The acura dealerships I went to before would wash my car inside and out. At this dealership, the outside might have been washed by there was still tape residue from the tape holding my window closed. Inside was not touched at all.

I didn't like having mislabeled parts floating about inventory causing a day long delay in my work order. I'm okay with having a loan vehicle to cover when I couldn't use mine, but it's a bit inconvenient but slighter better than flat out forcing me to rent a car.

Brought our Acura ILX in for a recall and the service department did damage to our car. Two large tears in the intake hose. Our car ran fine before taking it here. I would never bring anything there.

I must say, I didn't like the service provided by the Acura. The person assigned to me was not interested at all in my car, maybe I used coupon to change the oil. I had some questions but the guy wasn't interested answering them.
