I don't like the dealer shares my information with CarFax and they dealer doesn't look at carfax history to determine if a maintenance task is necessary. Its all about sales and NO service.

We were told they couldn't honor our extended warranty - that we had to have the car serviced where we bought it. We took it to that dealer and they said that was incorrect - only maintenance plans have to be done at the original dealership.
