Charged me for $190 for Diagnosis and wanted to charge me 4 times what it cost to do 3/4 the work that I had done else where. Was suppose to be covered under my warranty I bought extra when I bought the used car. you have the estimate for what was to be done. Your service department is nothing but a RIP OFF

It was suggested I go ahead with my 30,000 mile maintenance. It was almost 1,000 miles early, but this a busy time so I went ahead. Should be all set until 60,000. I wish I would have known the wait was going to be three hours, but they did a great job and even vacuumed my car which I appreciated.
