They made sure I knew what was going on from the beginning to the end. I had an issue after getting recalls taking care of and my cameras were not working. They took their time to figure out the problem and since it took more than one day they put me in a loaner car to make sure I was not inconvenienced. Service manager, A.B., is very experienced like no other in his position, explains everything, is very patient, doesn't rip you off, listens to customer's concerns no matter how small. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have my car serviced there. I don't anymore at KIA, but follow him.

Service is usually very good. This time they performed the seat belt recall fix and failed to plug a wiring harness into the seat belt buckle so I have to go back to get that fixed. Also they forgot to put the oil change reminder sticker in the upper corner of the windshield. When I return from my out of state trip I will call for an appointment.

John, the assigned staff person was very helpful. He demonstrated interest in helping us. Was polite, respectful and considerate. What we didn't like was that we waited six days to get our car back and had to borrow a car to attend our medical appointments.

I have been to this location 8 times for issues with my car, only to be told "do not self diagnose your car!" So I keep taking it back because they could not replicate the issue, to only get there and make the car do it myself. I don't know if this is because I am a women but needless to say I have not been happy. So I will be taking my car back in again this Monday for the same issues "8th" time. Hoping to get my problems resolved!

Everything was great. My car was taken on time, and all services requested were handled in a reasonable time, although several other customers were also being serviced. Issues were recommended needing treatment ASAP, and since expected service time would be about 2 hours, my next appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, July 23.
