I had a coolant leak that was serious. They got me in the next day and took me home via shuttle which was great. They diagnosed it quickly and the cost was reasonable. They sent a shuttle for me when it was done 2 days later. All in all a good experience.

Our 2010 Chevrolet Suburban had a a check engine-type warning light. Oxford confirmed what we had learned at Auto Zone via the free diagnostic offered there. It required a new air flow sensor. The installation went smoothly but the light returned after pick up and 20 miles driving. We called Oxford and they replaced the sensor again and ensured that the warning light did not reappear again.

I brought my car in for an oil change. You had suggested other services you noticed. One was a new battery for over $500. I declined. A new battery at an auto parts store is less than $200. My dealer would charge about $300. Everything you recommended was very expensive.

Abbi, Sandra, and Matt were very helpful with my Mercedes as for working through my questions and reviewing estimates. During one task, they accidentally broke a minor piece during the re-assembly, which they replaced at no charge. Their honesty and ethics are much appreciated! The shop also provides loaner cars, which was godsend as I rely on my car for work. I highly recommend this shop. Happy Motoring!

I picked my truck up and it was still leaking, had to wait over the weekend and took it back in. The assistant manager took contacted me prior to them opening and was able to have my truck worked on that day. I was able to pick my truck up as soon as I was out of work. Frustrated with having to take it back but overall Oxford took care of the issue. I will be back for more service in the future.

Brought the Jeep in for a sluggish engine. Several issues were thought to be problem and suggestions were discussed and authorized. Eventually it was diagnosed as needing an entire engine replacement. The crew there received several engines and rejected them as having issues themselves. After 2 months, we have it back and couldnt be happier!

Recommend you check prices this company quotes. Most people are not familiar with automotive repair prices. We had one wheel bearing replaced on a small SUV and the price tag was $830. Checking around the dealer quoted $650 and other local shops were between $550 and $600. Live and learn.

I added a second item to look at. I was loosing coolant. A simple reminder that hoses may look good on the outside but be comprised on the inside. Washer fluid pump died. Repair pal estimate $104-$122. Oxford charged $286.19. They tacked on a $150 diagnostic fee to replace the $26.99 washer fluid pump. I didnt ask for a diagnostic check. I asked for them to replace the washer fluid pump. This was not a repair that warranted a $150 diagnostic test.

Very professional and courteous . They do what they say, call you for updates, and send a car for you when necessary. If they can't duplicate the problem, they tell you, keep it for a while, and tell you they will help you if the problem reoccurs. Makes you feel good doing business with them.

easy to schedule, people are great, and work is great. Had to have the truck by 4:00PM and they went out of there way to get it done. Not sure how they did it (didn't have the parts in stock) but they made it work. Only reason for the 4 stars is they seem a little pricy. I guess you get what you pay for.

Now that the warrantee has expired, I can be confident that Oxford Automotive will keep it in great shape and humming along for many more years for a very reasonable cost.
