Great service, great work. Had battery replaced, cabin filter and new tires replaced. When taking off the right rear tire, it was found that the lugnut was cross threaded. I have always taken my car to the dealership for oil change and tire rotation. Don't think I will be going back to the dealership. Oxford Auto Repair will start getting my business now.

Took my son's 2017 Kia Sportage here just a month ago for a bumper-to-bumper inspection and oil change. Paid extra to fix two issues they found. One month later, the car completely broke down from engine failure while driving and had to be scrapped.
If they did a real inspection, this should have been caught. Very untrustworthy and I strongly do not recommend.

It's just pretty expensive and I don't like that they charge ~$180 every time you want something simply checked out and examined, plus the price of whatever part they need to replace and labor to fix whatever is wrong on top of that so it ends up being a lot of money. They do a good job though and are thorough and have good communication.

Understanding my car is not 100% perfect, there were a list of components and services that were recommended with my original service activity that wouldn't be done separately at a later date. Oxford wanted to package both front and rear axle activity at the same time when I originally came in for the rear spring&shock only.

They were very thorough. checking the car out. I went for tire alignment but the machine broke down and the tire alignment did not happen. Instead the brake fluid was flushed out and changed. Pleasant people and a nice waiting area.
