This is a lie. I did not go to that dealership. I was home all day and my van that is being reported as having service done. Is not a drivable vehicle. It has been unusable since October of 2024.

Service rep was great and very helpful. I decided to change the air filters myself to save money; the cabin air filter was missing and the engine air filter was not latched completely. Your shop is the only place I've taken the Jeep for service.

My service writer was excellent. In fact he was the only reason I went there but after the last few visits his support staff like the techs were just some of the worst I've ever experienced.

Complete lack of communication. I made an 8:00 appointment on a Tuesday. Thursday at 1:30 I received a notice that my service was complete. Turns out that was just the oil change and not for the main service I took it there for. They hadn't even looked at that yet. Got my Jeep back on Saturday. Meanwhile I'm paying for a rental to have my Jeep sit there for days without anyone even looking at it.

The past few times I've taken my truck in they've said they performed services that they didn't. I've had to take my truck in again because they didn't. They found issues with my vehicle that they should have found earlier if they'd performed the services that they claimed. I used to swear by this dealership, but now I think they are underperforming and overcharging.

The service advisor was awesome but the lack of service done to my Jeep was appalling. They had it a whole month to replace the battery. However they failed to fill the coolant for the new battery and it almost cost me my Jeep again. The lack of coolant made the new battery overheat and break down once again. I had to have it towed back home to my dealership to have it fixed correctly. Never again will I go to that dealership.

Was intended to be a minor software safety update. They indicted it would be about 30 minutes. Didn't get my car back for 2.5 hrs and nobody could tell me why. I asked for a copy of the invoice when leaving and said it would have to be mailed. The story goes on but in short very unhappy with the experience.

It was a great experience, and I got all the assistance needed from the advisor and the technician who worked on the car, Mr. CHUCK, he is such an experienced worker who gave me confidence about the job done. The car drives way much better now after the suspension problem have been taken care of. I am satisfied with the service that I received and would recommend anyone to go there and specially ask for Mr. CHUCK (smiley face) !!!

Always good service, never had a problem. Tv, snacks ,water in waiting room. Bathrooms are always clean . Staff always check in on you,friendly and courteous ..I been going there for years ,when I had my Compass Jeep and now my Jeep wrangler unlimited sport .

Terrible experience there's no quality control my truck is worth 75k and this people have damage my truck joyriding in it damaged wheels damaged interior parts scratches and stuff like that accidents smack the back of the truck and they had to fix it smack the front and they had to fix it they wanted me to take my truck with a bunch of damages when it is a brand new truck this people is crazy and won't recommend them to anyone be aware!

They set me up for failure I had my truck towed there to get serviced and explained I was going on a long trip they failed to really ensure my safety. I almost lost my car due to their negligence I drove 1000+ miles w no oil in my car! After just getting two oil changes done 3-4 days before leaving!

The work was done on time. I had never used the dealership and was out of town when my batterys died. Yes batterys. The Grand cherokee has two, so I found out. The work was under warranty so all I had to pay for was the towing. I was worried about my vehicle because of the tow, and the fact that my car is only 2 years old. I'm disappointed the batterys are undependable, and I can't count on them to always preform.

Francheska and the team over at Orlando Chrysler Dodge Jeep were great in getting my 21' Jeep Wrangler Rubicon checked and found and Diagnosed the issue I was having and hearing. Got me into a rental while the repairs were done and Francheska was great in keeping me updated thru the process. We will definitely be back for more services. Thank you

Contacted me and had no idea what car I was interested in. I asked about final amount. She mentioned a $999 dealer fee and $1500 reconditioning fee. These should be on total fees online and not a game of getting you in and appetizing you with $2500 in fees. I will never use them and never suggest them to anyone.

Communication was horrid, never received an estimate. I had to call repeatedly to get update (they had it 12 days). Had to wait an hour for rental/loaner that was off property. Went to pick it up and waited almost an hour and service basically off the lights on my husband until cashier took notice and called someone to cash him out. Bill was MUCH more than anticipated
