Bullies and gaslighters at this place. I had an appointment but cause my car old, they made me wait 40mins until a manager saw me and made Hasani come and help me. There's a noise the car been making but they lied they heard nothing and claimed my 11 year old car is in perfect condition. Then Hasany lied where I was supposed to wait and I was sitting there like a dummy again waiting for the car for 10 mins.

What is the point of making an appointment. Also every time I come in, I asked for air in the spare tire. As usual, The evaluation form shows The spare Tire was not Checked. Service center is clean and the staff is friendly. However they have a policy of charging a 2.8% convenience fee for anything over $250. It's ridiculous for Toyota to do this. While I love the service here, it's not worth the convenience fee when your bill is $1500.

The sales experience was fine. Had the vehicle ready. Allowed for an adequately long test drive. Paperwork and payment process took a while but it's expected.
Negative stars because 2 key fobs should have been provided at the point of purchase. Only one was available. I was told the second would be ordered and sent to my house. It's been over a month and I still haven't received the second fob.

They make me late to pick up my kids from school

Made an appointment with Jacky for today and everything went smooth. Left my car there for oil and oil filter change with tire rotation (the pre-paid package deal) and picked up the car around 1.5-2 hrs later. Jackey was friendly and professional, he'll be my go to guy from now.

Waste of time and money. Car was fine before I took it in to get another key made and one reprogrammed. After that the problem started. So took it in and they blamed it on another shop from months ago, even though the problem occurred after the above key service.
