The service took twice as long as expected! When I got my car back, all settings were changed! No one even bothered to set my clock. I can't figure out how to get back to street map on the screen! It just shows a big map of the Bay Area How does that help me!! I ask to have an appointment for re calibration of the screen, in my presence. Please!

They were very professional, the shop is wonderful, but boy was it slow due to my recall service. Apparently all the regular servicing was done pretty promptly but updating my software took a while. Was there 3hr total. Hopefully next time more smooth.

would give zero stars if i could I had a minor throttle sensor issue they told us $8000 and a local shop traced it and fixed it for less then 10% of that. this is not the first time we have gotten an outrageous amount. we try to take our vehicle to get serviced by you but with outrageous and unrealistic quotes it makes it difficult.

Horrible! This is starting to look like a fraudulent company. I signed the contract after they said the bank approved me then I get a call almost 3 weeks later saying they need more down payment. Never in my life have I gave money signed a contract then get called to add more money like yeah yall steal from people it seems. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

Discussed and Daniel credited the diagnosis fee from my bill since the repair was done here. Lyft service to and from my house since the repair would take one day. Daniel was responsive to my email regarding the detailed invoice. Overall, it was a smooth service visit.
