Have had an ongoing issue with my nav screen. Rebecca in particular was excellent, and she really went to bat for me, including getting a field tech out to the dealership to get to the bottom of the problem. They were great about staying in touch throughout the process.

Recently had a state inspection done at Boch Honda West. I was hoping I would be in and out quickly as I brought it in at 7:15 AM on a Monday morning, but it took about 40 minutes. Everything else about the service was great, just took longer than I'd hoped.

Rebekah was very professional and accommodating. I came in to get my headlight lenses renewed. They went ahead and did a courtesy check and found bunch of other issues. Rebekah was very patient and explained each items that need to be addressed and which ones being critical. She even applied a service coupon to get me the good deal. No pushy business and very professional.

I would give five stars if I dont have to go back for some minor thing that can be resolve over the phone. I called to ask but they told me to bring the car back. Once I arrived, I didnt have to get out of the car and a lady told me to push some buttons and then things got back to normal. The problem caused from technician forgot to reset so eye jen did tire rotation.

I truly enjoyed the experience at this dealership. While i didnt purchase the vehicle, I was impressed with the staff and their services, the attentiveness, the dealership layout was really nice too. Honestly, if you are looking for a Honda, go here!! Ask for Hamid. He was great!

The service was ok but they nickel and dime you. They charge the full credit card surcharge. Who caries a thousand in cash to a dealership for service? Its ridiculous. The cashier didnt mention about the full surcharge. Also wouldnt accept american express.

Still play the old and tiresome games of talking to the manager for every negotiation. Same as it was 30 yrs ago. Ridiculous, always walk out feeling like you got screwed (whether you did or not). Couldnt get me an inspection sticker- still waiting on them to refund me for that

After contacting the dealership about vehicle on Thursday or Friday, they raised price by over 2k by the time I came for test drive on Saturday. I went on website a week later and car was back to original price. Salesman said that market dictated the price change when I asked about price increase. Apparently the market fluctuates wildly over a week. Who knew?

Sales person acts polite and nice but you can tell they do not care about customers. He push very hard on getting finance while it is optional. They updated the used car to make it looks great, yet the updated items are not included in sticker price, but all additional parts and service charges will be add to the final price, and that is just forcing you to buy their service and new parts. Surprise!!!
