I showed up 7 1/2 hrs and they were checking the battery and have not found the problem. Service was good. Another dealer suggested brake fluid changed but this dealer said it is not required now as I had done brake fluid flush with them 2 years ago. So saved some money on that. Apparently dealers dont check vehicle history across places for a given vehicle.

Very disappointed with this new car and Boch Honda West's inability to fix handling issues and noises. They even suggested that the wheels weren't balanced properly when the latest set of tires were installed... then I reminded them that it's a new car (6 months old) and we bought it from them!

The service was provided efficiently. I went to the dealer because a coupon was available & it was the first oil change since buying the car. I appreciate that they also look over the car & provide a report at the same time. Due to dealer service prices, however, most likely wont use them for future service unless a discount is available.

Warranty service to replace defective AC condenser. Bad review for Honda since the part should not have failed in not much more than a year, but good review for Boch Honda West since they took care of the problem with little hassle. They scratched my car!!!! Do NOT go here.
They told me I needed service (firmly said the word need) and charged me through the nose. Talked to a mechanic after and it wasnt needed.
Also, the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive. The bill did not match what I was told I was going to be charged.
