Good customer service they did try and charge me 52bucks to replace a license plate bulb seems steep for a bulb and would not pass vehicle inspection with it out

Service people were friendly and courteous, disappointed that tire pressure on all 4 tires weren't filled since the tires were rotated, you would think that the pressure would have been checked while doing service

Service group, overall seemed to lack motivation to be helpful, to be insightful, or welcoming. Toyota product is excellent, but customer service in service group decreases the overall ownership experience-unfortunately. Note: technician and his video were very good.
