An hour before I had 20K maintenance scheduled my battery died. I called to reschedule the service for two days later and had AAA come and jump start the car. They advised me to drive directly to Northway Toyota and have the battery replaced. When I arrived the repair manager set me up to have that done plus the maintenance I had rescheduled. In about an hour's time everything was ready and the car was washed. I really appreciate their flexibility in accommodating my needs.
