I have no problem with the service I received, it was very good.
I do have a problem with the recall on my car that was in December 2023. I have had no notice for fixing the problem. I have checked several times with the Dealership on this problem. The last time I checked I was told I could call Toyota. I did call and all I could receive was a taped message that told me I would be notified when the fix was available. I feel that this is too long a wait for a recall.

Patience in finding a good day for us to bring in the car. Work was done in a timely manner. Service members friendly.
But... was very sorry to hear the shuttle service had been discontinued. And, had a hard time believing I was told we could not allow our hybrid car to "sit" for two weeks, and expect it to start. What? THAT was what caused the car not to start??? Your rep actually told me most cars could not "just sit" in a driveway for two weeks and expect to start. ALL our cars (except this new one?) often "sit" for 2, 4, or more weeks. We've never had a problem - until this new hybrid car, it seems... BTW - the new battery that came with our new car was only a year old.
But the service was good - just disappointed in the new car. Again.
