We had a coupon for the works from Prestige and the customer service said they would honor it but did not along with a warning light of low tire pressure they could not see the nail in the tire with the head of my little finger. I hXe bought 2 vehicles from them and that experience has been Great but the service department needs to meet a higher standard please

The service was very slow, once the tech figured out how to open the trunk and then how to get battery out. Only one tech working on car till the end were another tech finished the oil change. Over all good,, but had too look up on computer were and how too change battery.

We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused you. Unfortunately, with the C-Max you do have to remove a lot of the rear interior to get to the battery. An experienced tech could typically take at least 30-45 minutes to just get to the battery, and we need the car on the ground to do the repair, so we cant do both the oil change and tire rotation at the same time. We did have a new tech working on it, so he was a little slower and as the car is a hybrid, he wanted to make sure he did it all correctly. We are continually learning and growing our techs to become better and faster and we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us with this process. Some pix contained what looked like water damage.Car looked like maybe went into a canal. There was markings on the windshield like from a tow company. When I asked the reply was What are you trading in. I wasn't going to trade anything, just make a purchase. Poor salesmanship. The Carfax says clean no damage, but it is undoubtedly clear they are hiding something. NEVER will I deal with Mullinax Ford. THIEVES !!!

It can at times be difficult to portray in photos, the exact condition of a vehicle, but I assure you that this particular '17 Certified Pre-Owned Shelby GT350 had no hidden damage, as stated in the clean CarFax report. Went in for an oil change. Not too many people in there so I it didnt take too long and except I was told it would take longer because it was a Volkswagen and he would have to order the oil filter for it. I thought a car wash came with service there bit he didnt offer it, and I didnt think to ask. Altogether though, good experience.

They badly scratched my brand new powder coated rims and used paint to try to conceal the scratch; delaying me almost 2 hours and only reducing the cost < $20. the rim does not look like the others so it will need to be redone. Not pleased with the quick lane.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: It took virtually two weeks (incl weekends) to determine the source of the problem and order the replacement part or parts. In defense of the technicians who handled the Ranger, there was no way they could visually identify the problem. The truck had to be put on a lift and the rear axle removed. The issue was a part attached to the driveshaft, so it was completely unseen from the outside. Then it took SEVEN weeks for the replacement part to arrive. I was frustrated and surprised that Ford Motor Company or its contractor apparently didn't have ANY replacements available when needed. I can't lay blame for that delay on Mullinax Ford in Apopka. Still, seven weeks seemed like a ridiculously long time to await a part. (And the backorder date was pushed back several times, which did not make me any happier). WHAT I LIKED: I was able to take advantage of the valet service and have my truck picked up and driven to Mullinax Ford by an employee on Thursday, March 12. Kevin Gutierrez, my service advisor, was unfailingly polite and as helpful as he could be in his position. He initially sent me photos of the problematic part. Then he called or texted every few days to let me know what was happening (e.g., another delay in shipment of the replacement part) or even if there wasn't anything new to report. That too, was something I appreciated. When the part finally arrived, he called to tell me, and to let me know it probably would be done (the installment) by that Friday (3 days after it was received). We spoke that Friday and he said it had been taken for two test drives. The dealer didn't want to release it yet. I asked for it to be given back the next Monday but later indicated Tuesday would be fine. Again, Mr. Gutierrez was unfailingly polite the entire time, even on days when steam undoubtedly was coming out of my ears. Another service advisor who assisted me once also was informative and polite to a fault. Even a short conversation I had with the parts & service manager was educational. I also appreciated that the dealer provided me a loaner from when I requested one (March18) to the day it was returned (May 19). My truck was not available for nearly ten weeks. My gripe is not with any of the employees but rather with the head-shaking delay in receiving the replacement part. Unless another issue arises that must be dealt with by a Ford dealer, I probably will take my truck elsewhere for repairs. At this point, I'm not sure I would recommend this service shop. One of your choices for recommendations should be "maybe."
