Low Tire Pressure was displaying on my dashboard. I came in they checked all tires, inflated and ensured display light off. In and Out in 15 minutes. Friendly without getting too familiar. The others waiting in the reception area made note, you could see they overheard my need and saw the efficiency. It pays to get all your service on FORD done at Mullinax

The service advisor was helpful, but the service technician did not inflate the tires. If the technician did not inflate the tires, then what else did the technician not do from the standard checklist? For example, did the technician rotate the tires? Additionally, the technician scratched the paint of my vehicle.

I was able to get in very quickly. I was told that the fix would take a couple of hours. After about a half hour the service advisor came to me and said the job would cost over $ 900 dollars. Well I don't have that kind of money. So I will have to drive around for another year with NO right side mirror. Parts are to blasted expensive.

Prior to the resent visit which was my 3rd trip. First trip was to have my oil changed and filters changed and tired rotated. 2nd trip filters were not changed but they were checked because the technician didnt put all the clips back on. 3rd trip was to have the filters changed and all the other things that wasn't done corrected. I loved that the Service Department dug deep into my truck to find the fix for my truck. Other Ford Dealership Service Department didn't listen to the Customer about what the issue was and did the minimum and didn't fix the issue. Mullinax did a GREAT Job fixing my issue.

The care was not inspected , pieces are still unattached in the car. When I went to pick up my car it was not in. A good condition . I had to send the car back in the service and after waiting hours my car was still not done correctly. Very disappointed

They serviced the vehicle and I was assuming that the vehicle was fully serviced they gave me. I took the vehicle with a quarter of a tank. When we filled up the tank with gas it started to leak through through the fill hose and the gas tank meets causing potential danger for me and my family

We were greeted almost immediately upon entering by Anibal. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the services we were there for, how long it would take, and when it was done. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and it was interesting to watch the cars and trucks being worked on while we waited. They did a good job resolving our tire issue and rotating the tires afterwards.

Had a 9 o'clock appointment for an oil change and left after 10:30! When I checked in I was told that my car would be ready in approximately 11/2 hours! Seemed a bit long for an oil change! I noticed that they seemed to be telling everyone that checked in about 1 1/2 hours!

The service department is always friendly and professional. Im a little upset because we had an a/c problem and paid approximately $780.00. My husband and I are disabled and dont even drive the vehicle that much and the a/c did the exact same thing and we just felt a little slighted. The service rep told me he was mailing a free wash card, but did not. It stated on my dealership receipt free car wash but the ticket was not attached. I did call the dealership again after waiting a week on the U.S. Mail and left him a phone message, but he did not return my call. Poor follow-up. Disappointing that's why it is on 4 stars.
