My granddaughter often drives my older car. Recently the exhaust suddenly sounded much louder. She stopped by Muffler Man to see if they could check it out the next day. Luckily they were able to fit her in. The pipe had rusted and broken in two and needed replacing. They were able to obtain parts and finish the same day. Much faster than I anticipated since it was an unexpected problem and required more attention than first thought. I appreciate their honesty, hard work and professionalism. Everything was explained and I had been advised previously that it would probably need work in then near future so it was not a total surprise.
